Let the instructors of Blue Laurel Yoga introduce you to some simple restorative yoga poses that can aid in the relief of sore gardening muscles. Focusing on the muscle groups gardeners work most heavily, we will offer stretches and strengthening exercises that can counter some of the discomforts that go along with digging in the dirt. We will begin with a practical introduction to yoga for gardeners, move into a series of postures that target hard-working muscle groups and close with a stroll through Bailey’s Woods.
